a delegation from the World Food Programme (WFP) visited the place of Takkia to be informed of the operations of the hot meals component, the "Takkia". This component comes within a project implemented by Gaza Culture and Development Group (GCDG), funded by WFP, and in partnership with Islamic Relief Worldwide.
The delegation expressed appreciation for the efforts made by the project team, affirming their commitment to continue providing food for the affected families in Gaza City.
It's worth mentioning that this project distributes over 60,000 hot meals daily, in addition to more than 2,500 bundles of bread every day. Displaced people both within and outside the shelters in Gaza City benefit from
these components, helping them to meet their needs and uphold their human dignity.
